("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), doing business as Buzzable, collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Buzzable mobile application and website (the "Service"). • Account Data: We collect your email address and phone number for account creation, authentication, and security.

• Contact Synchronization: Buzzable (Boonoob Inc.) will sync your contacts to help you send invites. We will never sell your contacts or message them without your direction. If you choose to sync your phone, Google, or Outlook contacts, we process this data solely to facilitate your requests to send event invitations.

• User-Generated Content: We host and store the photos, videos, and text you post in event feeds and group chats.

• Payment Information: All ticket sales and financial transactions are processed via Stripe. Boonoob Inc. does not store your credit card or bank account details. Your financial data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Information

• To facilitate event organization, RSVP management, and ticket sales.

• To enable social features, including attendee-to-attendee connections and group chats.

• To send event reminders, updates, and "text blasts" on behalf of organizers.

• To allow sponsors to interact with specific communities you have joined.

4. Communications & Opt-Out

We provide tools to manage your notifications. You may opt out of:

1. Specific Host Communications: Unsubscribe from an individual organizer's messaging.

2. Global Notifications: Opt out of all Buzzable SMS and email alerts via account settings or by replying "X" to any SMS.

5. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell user data. We share information with third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, SMS gateways) only to the extent necessary to provide the Service. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
